Getting Started - One Off Set Up Charge

If you are having your own design made, then a charge of £5 per 1,000 stitches will apply.  A quotation will be forwarded to you so you will know exactly how much this one off charge would be before you pay anything.

This service is FREE if you are ordering more than 20 garments in your first order.


On Going Orders

All prices quoted include a Standard Embroidery design up to 6,000 stitches.  For larger designs you will need to add 10p per 1,000 stitches over.   

There is no minimum order quantity


Delivery

For small orders (ie 1-2kgs) we use Royal Mail ‘Signed for’ 1st & 2nd Class service. Royal Mail appropriate charges will be applied.

For larger orders (2kg +) we use Parcelforce 24 next day service. The current charge for this service is £8.00/Box


Our normal Turn round time is 10-14 days from your confirmed order date, subject to stock availability.

Payment

On receipt of your order we will issue an invoice to enable you to arrange payment.

Cheque's should be made payable to Thread Bear Embroidery.  Payment can also be made by Bank Transfer.
