If you are having your own design made, then a charge of £5 per 1,000 stitches will apply. A quotation will be forwarded to you so you will know exactly how much this one off charge would be before you pay anything.
This service is FREE if you are ordering more than 20 garments in your first order.
As we will already have your Embroidery Design on file we do not charge a machine set up fee, unlike some companies.
All prices quoted include a Standard Embroidery design up to 6,000 stitches. For larger designs you will need to add 10p per 1,000 stitches over.
There is no minimum order quantity
For small orders (ie 1-2kgs) we use Royal Mail ‘Signed for’ 1st & 2nd Class service. Royal Mail appropriate charges will be applied.
For larger orders (2kg +) we use Parcelforce 24 next day service. The current charge for this service is £8.50+VAT/Box
Our normal Turn round time is 10-14 days from your confirmed order date, subject to stock availability.
On receipt of your order we will email an invoice to enable you to arrange payment.
Payment is preferred by online Bank Transfer, our bank details will be shown on the invoice.
Cheques should be made payable to Thread Bear Embroidery.
Once your payment has been processed and approved we will advise a despatch date to you.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please return it to us within 14 days with a brief description of the problem and we shall arrange a replacement or full refund.
